Being a V E G A N you need to make sure you are getting all the nutrients and protien your body needs. (You also need to make sure of this not being VEGAN)
When I first started drinking protien shakes it was hard to find a protein powder that didn't taste like protein or gross. Lol. Then I came across Vega and have loved their products. These are the ones I use. Their are a few flavors I'd like to try still. I use the small container which is vanilla flavor for my morning Vitamin shake and the other 2 are good for before and or after workouts. These 2 bars are my favorite and I also like the blueberry oat snack bar but it's not sold in stores anymore. I get the powders from Target they are the cheapest there for these sizes. The bars you can only find on the Vega website or Amazon.
