Being able to get up early every day would be ideal or at least Monday through Friday. I was able to accomplish this twice last week. It felt nice to read my bible before I had to get ready and start my day. My body needs 8 hours of sleep, so I try to go to bed by 10 / 11pm at the latest (90% of the time). How long do you need to sleep for? Do you know?
Six O' Clock would be my ideal time to be up in the morning, but I struggle. Are you a morning person or a night owl? I am more of a night owl. Although I do not stay up usually past midnight unless I'm with friends and 10pm any other night.
I know the more you do something it becomes a habit and second nature, so I am setting my alarm for either 6am or 6:30am every morning and trying to get myself up. Let me just say it is hard, but it is something I want to be able to do. It seems that when I am able to do this simple task I feel more accomplished and productive throughout my day.
When we go after what we want, it becomes possible and when consistent with it, it is achievable. Let's go after what we want with consistency and passion.
Enjoy your week, Happy Monday, and get after it! Stay tuned, I have a post for Wednesday too!
